Image Upload is great!
For my purposes, this is the handiest feature in the plug-in. I build a lot of image-intensive sites here at UW and spend a lot of tedious time pushing them up to my sites, one by one. This plug-in will certainly speed that process up for me.
I have 2 suggestions for further development of the plugin:
1. It would be nice if the plug-in could be pointed at a folderfull of images on my machine and have it upload the whole folder to one of my Manila sites. I tend to batch process lots of images with PhotoShop and then upload them, rather than pulling them from other websites.
2. It would be nice if the plug-in could offer the option to trim off the .jpg or .gif extension when it uploads the images to Manila.

This is a job for Radio Userland. You web browser doesn’t really have access to an entire folder, so there’s no good way to for the server to get all of them. I’m getting around that by running apache on the desktop. One thing that I’m thinking about is spidering from a contact sheet, so that the copying and pasting is greatly reduced.

It’s on the radar.
I have some image upload problems though… When using the get images from a list, I get this error message:
Ianus Keller is my user or member name. We are running Frontier 7.0.1 on a mac.
That’s a really odd error. I don’t see a place where the member name (and not their email address) should be used as an address reference.
Can you narrow down the problem further? Can you upload pictures normally? Edit the site in radio when logged in as this user? Can other users upload pictures? Can you let me look at the site (maybe with an editor login), or is it off the internet?
